Expansion of UHMW-PE pipes in the field of feed conveying

In order to implement the work requirements of the semi annual workers' congress of Eastern Pipe Industry Pipe Factory on further expanding the feed pipe market, actively marketing, and successfully reaching an agreement with another leading domestic animal husbandry company, Twin Stock Company, to produce a model project of a super executive feed conveying system, laying the foundation for the next step of cooperation.

The marketing personnel of the company utilized the experience accumulated in the feeding system with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipes, and through active marketing, attracted the interest of the leading twin group in China's aquaculture industry with the "Muyuan Plan", and have a great willingness to replicate and transform it. After acquiring Zhengbang Group, Twin Group has a large number of unscientific old factory areas waiting to be renovated. The traditional feeding line is severely worn out under prolonged sunlight, and feed leakage not only causes material breakage, but also makes the feed exposed to outdoor air more susceptible to infection and mold growth, which poses a huge safety hazard to the biological safety of pigs. Through technical exchanges with manufacturers, they were made aware that ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipes, with their excellent physical properties, can be used in rotary feeding systems for a service life of over 10 years, and flame-retardant pipes can last for over 8 years. They have developed a strong interest in this type of pipeline.

In September, Eastern Company seized the opportunity to showcase its products and, through negotiation, commissioned Eastern Pipe Industry to carry out a pipe renovation project at the original Zhengbang Jiangxi Garden Pig Farm under the Twin Group. This project has undergone scientific transformation, adhering to the principle of "use it well, buy it again", and relying on the actual wear and tear of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipes during operation, allowing customers to better evaluate on-site and negotiate cooperation after evaluation.

After the completion of the project, a trial operation was carried out, and the twin companies conducted an important evaluation of the model project of Eastern Pipe Industry, which received unanimous praise. Subsequently, the twin companies immediately sent people to visit and conduct on-site research at the Eastern Pipe Industry factory.
