Steel lined UHMW-PE composite pipes are divided into tight lining and loose lining.

That is to make the outer diameter of the UHMW-PE lining pipe larger than the inner diameter of the steel pipe, and then the UHMW-PE pipe diameter is reduced by mechanical shrinkage, and the plastic lining pipe is introduced into the steel pipe without adhesive, and the UHMW-PE ultra-strong memory function is utilized to stand for 24 to 48 hours, so that the UHMW-PE lining pipe is firmly adhered to the inner wall of the steel pipe.
The interference compound technology is not only applied in the field of high-pressure slurry transportation in existing mines, but also widely used in the two major oil fields in China, where the pumping wells friction and the wax deposition is severe. With the characteristics of UHMW-PE, such as high wear resistance, high corrosion resistance, high impact resistance, self-cleaning and self-lubricating, through this advanced steel tightly lined interference compound process to make the service life of pumping tubes greatly increased.
